How do I book an item?

Find an item you like, pick your dates, and tap Book. You can book instantly or send a request for the owner to approve. Payment is held securely in escrow until handover.

How does payment and escrow work?

When you book, your payment is held safely by RentCore. The owner only receives the funds after a successful handover, so both sides are protected.

How do I list my item for rent?

Tap "List your item", add a few photos, write a short description, set your price (AI can suggest one) and choose instant or approval booking. It takes just a few minutes.

How do I get verified?

Go to your profile and open "Get verified". Upload your national ID or passport and complete a quick face check. Verified badges build trust and boost bookings.

What happens if an item is damaged?

Report it in the app within 24 hours with photos. The security deposit covers minor damage, and our team steps in to mediate fairly if there is a dispute.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes. Each listing shows its cancellation policy before you book. Depending on timing you may receive a full or partial refund — refunds are returned to your original payment method.

When do I get paid as an owner?

Earnings are released from escrow after a successful handover and paid out on your schedule, usually within 1–2 business days to your linked bank account.

Are security deposits refundable?

Yes. Deposits are held separately and returned in full to the renter once the item is returned in good condition. No fees are charged on deposits.
